Most business owners think building a website means weeks of meetings, endless revisions, and waiting months for something they're not even excited about anymore.

It doesn't have to work that way.

We've removed the parts that slow projects down and kept the parts that actually improve the final product. Here's what happens from our first conversation to the day your website goes live.

Day 1: Strategy Before Design

We don't start with colors or fonts. We start with questions. Who are your customers? Why do they choose you? Where are your leads coming from? What questions do customers ask every day?

Your website isn't there to impress other designers. It's there to make someone trust your business enough to contact you. Everything starts there.

Days 2–4: Structure

Before a single section is designed, we map the customer journey. What should someone see first? When should they trust you? Where should they click?

Most websites fail because they're designed around what the business wants to say instead of what the customer needs to know. We fix that first.

Days 5–9: Design & Development Together

Traditional agencies separate designers and developers. We don't. Pages are built while they're being refined, animations are tested immediately, and mobile layouts aren't an afterthought. That means fewer revisions and fewer surprises.

Days 10–12: Content & Optimization

Now we add what Google and customers actually care about — fast loading, local SEO, clear service pages, calls to action, and image optimization. Every page has a purpose. Nothing exists just to fill space.

Days 13–14: Testing & Launch

Before launch we test everything — forms, buttons, phones, tablets, desktop, page speed, analytics, and search indexing. Only after everything works do we publish. Then the real work begins: helping the site bring in business.

A fast launch only works when the process is designed properly. That's exactly why we built ours this way.
